Saving the number the safe way
Our WhatsApp number is published on this page and nowhere else. Do this once and you never have to think about it again. Open this page in your browser, tap the WhatsApp button here rather than typing digits from memory, and let the chat open on its own. Then save the contact from inside that chat. Saving it this way means the WhatsApp number in your phone came from the site itself and not from a forward, a screenshot or a group.
Give the contact a name you will recognise later. If your handset is shared at home, choose something ordinary rather than anything with betting in it. And once it is saved, always start from that saved contact rather than searching for us again, because the search results are exactly where a lookalike number will be waiting.
How a fake number usually reaches you
Almost nobody gets caught by an obviously suspicious message. What actually happens is quieter. A friend forwards a WhatsApp number that he got from somebody else. When UPI is capped: IMPS, NEFT and RTGS

Can I type in Hindi or send a voice note?

A message asked me for my UPI PIN. Was that you?
No, and it never will be. We do not ask for a UPI PIN, an OTP, a card number, a CVV or a banking password, in any situation and for any reason. Stop replying, block that contact, and check the number against the one on this site. If you already shared something, change that password immediately from a device you trust and tell us what happened.
I blocked you by mistake. What now?
Nothing is lost. Open your WhatsApp settings, go to blocked contacts, and remove us from the list, or simply open our chat again and unblock from there. Your conversation history stays intact and your account is completely unaffected, since blocking is only about messages. Can I keep the chat as proof of my top-ups?
Yes, and we would encourage the habit. Send the screenshot with the reference number into the chat every time you add money, even when the balance shows immediately. It builds a dated list of every payment in one place, which makes chasing a missing one far faster later. It takes one tap and it has saved a lot of people a lot of trouble.
Do you add people to WhatsApp groups?
No. We do not run groups, do not add anyone to one, and do not send broadcast messages. Any group using our name is not ours, and any group promising tips or guaranteed results is worth leaving immediately. Everything we do happens in a one to one conversation, and you will only hear from us after you have written first.
I changed my own phone number. What should I do?
Message us from the new number and mention the old one so we can connect the two conversations.
