The second has been betting for a while but is moving to a new platform and wants to find the buttons before a match starts. Both are sensible reasons and both take about an hour.
There is a third group who ask for a demo id hoping to prove a method works before betting real money. That one does not work, and it is worth saying so early. An hour of practice, laid out
