Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp — it is how we handle setup, top-ups, withdrawals and support, all in one chat.
Tell us what you need — a brand new betting ID, help topping up, a question about a market, or a demo to try things out — and a real person will reply in Hindi or English. If we are helping someone else when you write, we work through messages in order and will get to you.
One thing to keep in mind for your own safety: your OTP, card number and net banking password are never something we would ask you to share. Top-ups go through standard methods like UPI that you control. If a message ever asks for those details, it is not a genuine request — please check with us first.
You can also learn more about who we are, read our responsible gaming guidance, or start with a free demo ID if you would rather look around before committing.
The fastest way to get an answer
WhatsApp, every time. It is the only channel somebody is watching continuously, and it keeps your whole history in one place so you never have to explain your situation from the beginning again. There is no menu to work through, no ticket number and no bot answering first. Whoever picks up your message can act on it.
One small thing that speeds everything up: reply inside the existing conversation rather than starting a new one. A fresh thread loses the context of what was already sorted out, and somebody ends up re-reading everything before they can help you.
Send these immediately, wait on these
Some things genuinely need a message right now. Someone on chat is asking for your OTP, your PIN or your card number. It does not matter what name they give. You typed the password again, slowly, and it still will not let you in. A payout refused because the name did not match, since that has to be sorted out before another rupee goes in. And any point where betting has stopped feeling like something you are choosing to do.
Other things are usually solved by waiting a little. A UPI top-up that has not shown after two minutes very often shows after seven. A first withdrawal from a brand new account is expected to be slower than the ones after it. And a market that settled unexpectedly is explained by the settlement rule more than half the time, so it is worth reading that before writing in annoyed.
Before you send a payment problem
Ninety percent of stuck payments are sorted faster if you have these four things ready. Send them all in one message rather than a few at a time.
- The screenshot from your UPI or banking app showing the reference number.
- The exact amount.
- Roughly what time you sent it, since bank maintenance windows matter.
- Whether the money has left your account or is still showing as pending on your side.
That last one decides everything. If the money never actually left, there is nothing on the betting side to find, and chasing us instead of your bank only wastes your evening.
Who owns which problem
There are three parties involved and it saves time to know which one can actually act. Your bank or UPI app owns anything where money left your account and did not arrive anywhere. Only they can trace a transaction, and the reference number is what they need. The betting platform owns your balance, how a market settled, any restriction on the account and any verification it wants from you. Nobody else can change those, including us.
We own the rest. Explaining what happened, telling you which rule applies, helping you put a request to the platform in a way that actually gets dealt with, and being reachable while you wait. Where a problem is not ours to solve, we will say so plainly and point you at whoever can, instead of keeping you in a conversation that cannot go anywhere.
Contact: your questions
Is there an email or a phone number, or only WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is what we use, and deliberately so. It keeps the whole history in one place with dates attached, so nobody has to explain their situation twice and you have a record of what you were told. A phone call leaves nothing behind and an email queue gets checked far less often. Everything, from setup to a complaint, happens in the same chat.
Do bank holidays affect deposits and withdrawals?
The desk stays answered, but the money can move slower. UPI usually keeps working normally, though banks run maintenance windows and settlement can lag on a public holiday, especially over a long weekend. Withdrawals are the ones most likely to be delayed. If you know a holiday is coming and you want funds out, start the withdrawal a day or two earlier.
Should I send a screenshot or type out the problem?
Send the screenshot, then add one line saying what you were trying to do. Descriptions of error messages are almost always slightly wrong, and the exact wording is what tells us which of several similar problems you have hit. A picture of the screen plus one sentence of context usually gets everything answered in a single reply.
How long will you take to reply?
Quiet parts of the day are close to immediate. Late nights are usually quick because it is calm. The slowest window is mid-evening during a big match, when everybody writes at the same moments, normally just after a wicket. If your question is not urgent, that is the worst time to ask it. If it is urgent, say so in the first line.
My message shows only one tick. Does that mean you did not get it?
One tick means it left your phone but has not been delivered yet, which is almost always a network issue on one side or the other rather than anything to do with us. Wait a few minutes and check again. If it still has not moved, confirm you are on the number published on this site, since messages to a wrong or dead number sit exactly like that.
I have a dispute about a top-up. Who handles that?
It depends where the money stopped. If it left your bank and never reached the platform, your bank or UPI app has to trace it and they will need the reference number. If it reached the platform but has not credited, that is theirs to fix and we will chase it with you. Send us the screenshot and we will tell you which of the two it is.
Do I need to write in formal English for you to take it seriously?
Not at all. Write in Hindi, Hinglish, broken English, whatever comes naturally. Nobody here is judging the language and it makes no difference to how your question gets handled. Honestly, the messages written casually tend to be the clearest, because people say what actually happened instead of trying to sound correct about it.
My money left my bank but never reached the account. Who fixes that?
Your bank or payment app, because they are the only ones who can trace a transaction. Give them the reference number from the screenshot, which is why we keep telling people to save it. Send it to us as well and we will check whether anything arrived on the platform side, so you are not chasing two places at once for the same answer.
Someone messaged me pretending to be you. What should I do?
Stop replying and do not send anything, particularly a payment or a code. Check the number against the one published on this site, opened by typing the address yourself rather than following a link. Block them, then send us a screenshot so we can warn others. If you already shared a password, change it now from a device you trust.
How do I complain about someone on your team?
Say in the chat that you want to make a complaint, then give what happened, roughly when, and what would make it right. Whoever handled your chat does not get to decide whether they were in the wrong, because a different person reads it. You will get reasoning back rather than a policy line, and if we were wrong we will say so plainly.
